Bobby H. Kniphfer

Savannah, GA -Bobby H. Kniphfer, age 73, died Thursday, April 19, 2007, at his home. A United States Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, Mr. Kniphfer was a native of Johnson County and had lived in Savannah for most of his life. He retired after fifty-two years as a milk distributor for Foremost, Flav-O-Rich and Pet Dairies, serving Effingham, Bulloch and Screven Counties.
An avid fisherman and gardener, he was devoted to his family and attended the Methodist Church.
Surviving, all of Savannah, are his wife, Ora Jean Kniphfer; his daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Neal Patterson; his granddaughter, Catherine Patterson; and two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ray and Janet Kniphfer and Raymond and Lou Nell Kniphfer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Sunday at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
